Food Lifeline is currently hiring a full time Executive Assistant who is responsible for supporting the work of the President & CEO, acting as Secretary to the Board of Directors, and supporting the work of the Leadership Group, Member Agency Council, and Incident Response Workgroup. This position also manages special projects that involve interdepartmental work.
Qualified candidates should have a demonstrated ability to perform administrative functions in an accurate, organized, and efficient manner. This position also requires proficiency with the Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook. Individuals must also be able to maintain confidentiality, rapidly assimilate new information, and be proactive by identifying issues and developing and implementing solutions.
