Keep your eyes out for some double-duty body care products as you walk down the aisle of your local Whole Foods Market stores. Why are they double-duty? Because W.S. Badger Company, manufacturers of USDA Certified Organic Badger Balms, is donating 5% of its sales at Pacific Northwest Whole Foods stores during the Month of July to Food Lifeline and the Oregon Food Bank. Not only can you buy top-notch, USDA Certified Organic products, but you can help the hungry families in your neighborhood as well.
The donation from W.S. Badger Company comes at a critical time for Food Lifeline. During the summer months we see more children standing in line at our food banks because school is no longer in session and they are unable to rely on school meal programs for their food. By purchasing these products, you are helping to feed those hungry children. Featured products for the month of July will be some much-needed sunscreen and Anti-Bug sticks. Check out W.S. Badger’s website to get more product information.
We are really looking forward to the outcome of this event. We hope you’ll stop in at your local Whole Foods Market to get the sunscreen you’ll need to stay protected from the sun and the Anti-Bug sticks you’ll need to stay protected from those mosquitoes! By doing this, you can help protect your neighbors from having to go to bed without dinner, or having to go to work without breakfast.
